Faculty & Staff Requirements of Employment:
In accepting an offer of employment, you agree to abide by the Company's policies, as amended from time to time, and you undertake the obligations and confer upon the Company the rights that are customary or prescribed by law. Employment offers are contingent upon: (a) your signing a Confidentiality Agreement, (b) a negative pre-employment drug test, (c) acceptable background investigation at such level as is customary or required for employment in a high school.
The Immigration Reform Act of 1986 requires every employee to complete a Form I-9 and provide documents verifying identity and eligibility to work in the United States. Within three days of your date of hire you must complete the Form and show us original documents as listed on the “List of Acceptable Documents” page of the form I-9, so that we may verify your identity and your eligibility to work lawfully in the United States.
